LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – A local non-profit organization wants to keep military veterans company throughout the holidays.
As a result, the Charlie-Mike Foundation adopted 15 families on Monday.
The non-profit is well-known for assisting veterans in finding employment after they leave the service.
Families were encouraged to apply or propose someone deserving of additional assistance, and the foundation’s team picked them.
Those picked got gifts and home necessities Monday morning at the foundation’s office.
