After Fatal Christmas Collision Police Said They Found Open Containers in the Man’s Vehicle

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – After a collision on Christmas that claimed the life of his female passenger, a 21-year-old guy had “bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and a bewildered look on his face,” according to the arrest report.
DUI causing death and reckless driving causing death or great bodily injury are felonies against Milton Martin Enriquez, 21.
In the early hours of Christmas morning, a rollover accident involving just the car Enriquez was driving took place on State Route 147 at Northshore Road and E. East of Lake Las Vegas, on Lake Mead Parkway.
According to the arrest record, Enriquez told officers he had used drugs and alcohol. The automobile had open containers and beer cans, according to the police.
After passing a medical examination and several field sobriety tests, Enriquez was placed under arrest.
The woman’s identify will be made public by the coroner of Clark County.
Enriquez is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10, 2023.
