Late-Night Shooting at Northwest Reno Apartment Complex Sparks Investigation

Upon arrival, officers discovered seven individuals with gunshot wounds, comprising four adults and three teenagers.

As of Saturday morning, one adult and one teenager were reported to be in critical condition.

Preliminary investigations suggest the shooting is connected to an ongoing dispute involving the victims.

NEVADA – An investigation is underway following a shooting incident at the Zephyr Pointe Apartments in northwest Reno late Friday night.

Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Reno Police Department and REMSA Health, responded to the scene in response to reports of gunfire.

While the exact number of individuals injured remains uncertain, authorities have advised residents within the complex to remain indoors until further instructions.

The entrance to the apartment complex has been sealed off as authorities work diligently to secure the area and gather more information on the incident.
