- Location: 900 block of De Met Drive, near Maryland Parkway and Tropicana Avenue.

- Multiple 911 calls alerted authorities to heavy smoke emanating from a residence.
- Dispatch relayed information suggesting potentially seven elderly individuals trapped within the burning structure.
Firefighting Efforts:
- Crews prioritized extinguishing the flames, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring houses, and ensuring the safety of firefighters.
- A “primary search” was conducted inside the burning house, although challenging conditions necessitated the temporary withdrawal of personnel before the structure collapsed.
