18-Year-Old Girl Arrested in Connection to Fatal East Las Vegas Shooting

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has arrested 18-year-old Ilana Ceniceros on murder charges related to a deadly shooting that occurred in the east Las Vegas Valley on August 29th.
Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3100 block of East Desert Inn Road and found 19-year-old Khoice Robertson with a gunshot wound inside an apartment. He was rushed to Sunrise Hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
According to the investigation, Robertson was engaged in a conversation with an individual outside the apartment before the shooting. It remains unclear whether Ceniceros was the person Robertson was talking to. After the incident, the shooter was seen fleeing the scene by jumping over a wall.
Ceniceros is currently in custody at the Clark County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, September 5th.
