EXCLUSIVE: Fair Election Fund Awards Bounties to Whistleblowers in Nevada Who Reported Election Interference from Union Bosses

Today, the Fair Election Fund, a national election integrity watchdog group, will award a second round of payments from its whistleblower protection fund. The bounties, which will total $25,000, will be going to concerned citizens in Nevada who reported first-hand knowledge of union leaders in the battleground state coercing their members to vote a certain way.

During the course of a Fair Election Fund investigation in recent weeks, several whistleblowers in Nevada noted pressure from union leadership to cast their vote for a certain political party. They also revealed that unions were even transporting their members to the polls after instructing them who to vote for. Some of the whistleblower responses were:

• “I employ union members and they are pressured to vote Democrat”
• “The union put pressure to vote their way”
• “I have seen a Union bussing maids and porters to polling places while they work and give them a piece of paper to tell them who to vote for”
• “Democrats pressure colleagues and union members to vote for their candidates”

The Fair Election Fund awarded its first $50,000 to whistleblowers in July to concerned citizens in Connecticut, Michigan, Georgia, and North Carolina based on reports of people receiving multiple ballots, delayed ballots, mailing address errors, independent parties blocked from overseeing counting, receiving ballots without requesting one and other issues.

The success of initial bounties proved the need for expansion into key swing states. After the Fair Election Fund’s initial success, it announced a six-figure digital and OTT ad buy running during the Olympics in seven swing states (AZ, NV, WI, MI, PA, GA, NC) encouraging other whistleblowers to come forward and share their stories.

The Fair Election Fund is also working to protect the voting rights of thousands of Americans by supporting ballot access for third party candidates. The group has run several successful paid media campaigns defending ballot access for third party candidates in states where Democrats have attempted to block their competition from the ballot, including North Carolina, Michigan, and Virginia.

The Fair Election Fund is also leading the investigation into Democrat donor platform ActBlue following suspicious Biden and Harris campaign fundraising numbers. The first phase of the group’s analysis found over 60,000 potential cases of fraud, and has turned over the results of its investigation to Attorneys General in Alabama, Nebraska, Kansas, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas to continue their own investigation into ActBlue.

“Free and fair elections mean that Americans have the ability to vote according to what is best for them and their family — not what their corrupt union bosses tell them to do. This is a clear abuse of power and manipulation of our election system. We need more patriots like the Nevadans who are willing to stand up and speak out against these corrupt practices. The Fair Election Fund will continue to investigate and support voters who expose all types of election interference.”

The Fair Election Fund will continue to investigate wrongdoing in the U.S.  election system in the weeks ahead and make payments through its whistleblower protection program to ensure the integrity of November’s election. The group is planning to expand its efforts to hold unions accountable for their coercion in other states across the country.
