Nevada State University Alerts Campus to Stay Indoors During Active Investigation

Nevada State University issued a shelter-in-place order Wednesday afternoon following reports of significant police activity near Paradise Hills Drive. The alert was posted by the university on social media at 3:06 p.m., advising students, staff, and visitors to remain indoors. The affected area includes the vicinity of KAB, CEB, and the Village. Officials have not released additional information, and the university continues to instruct individuals to stay sheltered until further notice.
