Horsford Takes Pritzker’s Cash, Stays Silent as Democrat Governor Declares “Republicans Cannot Know a Moment of Peace”

In a stunning escalation of political rhetoric, Illinois Democrat Governor JB Pritzker stood before a crowd in New Hampshire and declared that “Republicans cannot know a moment of peace.” The message wasn’t vague, it wasn’t accidental – it was a chilling call to arms. Pritzker’s words were deliberate, dangerous, and meant to establish himself as a leading figure in the national Democratic Party as he gears up for a potential run for President.
Pritzker’s choice of venue is telling: New Hampshire, the first-in-the-nation primary state, is where presidential hopefuls go to plant their flag. The Illinois billionaire wasn’t just stumping for Democrats, he was auditioning for the role of standard-bearer for a party that’s increasingly embracing disruption, division, and permanent political warfare.
But while his rhetoric raised alarms, perhaps more troubling is who didn’t say anything at all Representative Steven Horsford (D-NV).
Despite Pritzker’s inflammatory language, Horsford has remained completely silent. No condemnation. No distancing. No concern. Just silence.
That silence becomes easier to understand when you follow the money. On September 30, 2024, Pritzker personally donated $3,300 to Horsford’s campaign and another $18,300 to the Horsford Victory Fund. That followed a $3,300 donation from Pritzker on June 11, 2024. That’s nearly $25,000 in political contributions from a radical Democrat governor to a congressman who seems increasingly unwilling to speak up for what’s right, perhaps because he’s been bought off.
JB Pritzker is not just a governor, he’s a political kingmaker and megadonor trying to carve out a path to the White House by going scorched-earth on Republicans. Under his leadership, Illinois has plunged into radical policies: no-cash bail, government-funded abortions, sanctuary protections for illegal immigrants, and deep hostility toward parental rights and Second Amendment freedoms.
Now, with his eyes on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, he’s laying the groundwork for a campaign fueled by fear and intimidation and expecting Democrats like Horsford to fall in line.
And fall in line Horsford has. His refusal to push back on Pritzker’s dangerous rhetoric should alarm every Nevadan. This isn’t just about campaign cash. It’s about character. If Horsford can’t stand up to someone in his own party calling for perpetual conflict, how can voters trust him to stand up for them in Washington?
The Democratic Party is drifting further into radicalism. JB Pritzker is now openly bragging about making Republicans’ lives miserable and Steven Horsford is letting it happen, while cashing the checks.
Make no mistake: Pritzker wants power, and he’s willing to bankroll Democrats who will stay silent and help him get it. Republicans across the country should take this seriously. The left isn’t just coming for policies they’re coming for peace. And Steven Horsford is enabling it, one donation at a time.
