Susie Lee Sells Out Nevada for Pritzker’s Dirty Sanctuary State Cash

Vulnerable Nevada Democrat Susie Lee is once again showing voters exactly where her priorities lie, and it is not with public safety or Nevada families. New fourth quarter fundraising reports reveal Lee took money from Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, a leading architect of disastrous sanctuary state policies that have turned law enforcement into a punching bag and criminals into protected classes.

That money was not free. It came with strings. And Nevada voters know exactly what those strings look like.

Pritzker has made a national name for himself pushing radical sanctuary policies that release dangerous criminals back onto the streets, grant amnesty to criminal illegal aliens, and undermine law enforcement at every turn. These are not theoretical ideas cooked up in a think tank. These are policies that have made communities less safe and police officers more vulnerable.

By cashing Pritzker’s check, Susie Lee endorsed the agenda.

This is not an isolated incident. It is a pattern.

Lee has already voted to open the southern border. She voted against funding law enforcement tasked with securing it. She voted against ensuring taxpayer funded loans go to Americans instead of illegal immigrants. Each vote chipped away at public safety. Each vote signaled surrender to the radical left.

Now she is doubling down without of state sanctuary cash.

Nevadans are not confused about what this means. When politicians take money from radical sanctuary state governors, they are not doing it out of charity. They are buying alignment. They are buying silence. They are buying obedience.

Lee’s allies want voters to believe this is normal. It is not. Nevada does not want Chicago style crime. Nevada does not want soft on crime politics. Nevada does not want politicians who put national progressive donors ahead of the people they represent.

This is especially dangerous for a Democrat already on shaky ground. Lee represents a district that has little patience for excuses and even less tolerance for policies that put criminals first and families last.

As Republican National Committee spokesman Nick Poche put it, “Susie Lee sold out for Pritzker’s dirty sanctuary state money, endorsing his radical policies in the process. Nevadans have no appetite for letting criminal illegal immigrants run the show and walk free, and Lee now owns every radical position Pritzker has.”

That is the problem Susie Lee cannot escape. She owns it now.

Every dangerous release. Every anti law enforcement policy. Every soft on crime talking point coming out of the sanctuary state playbook now belongs to her.

Nevada voters are watching. And they are keeping score.
