25-Acre Wildfire Blazes in Mountains Southwest of Las Vegas

According to Nevada Wildfire Information, a wildfire burning approximately 20 miles southwest of Las Vegas has scorched 25 acres of land.
The fire in the Blue Springs area was first reported around 11:40 am on Monday. It is situated south of the intersection between State Routes 160 and 159, near the small town of Mountain Springs.
Fortunately, fire officials have indicated that no structures are currently threatened.
