25-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed in Las Vegas Hit-and-Run on Flamingo Road

Las Vegas police say a 25-year-old man was killed late Friday night in a hit-and-run crash in the south valley. The crash occurred around 11:11 p.m. on December 5 near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Mojave Road.
Authorities report the victim was struck by a light-colored SUV while crossing Flamingo Road in a marked crosswalk. The driver did not stop and fled the scene.
The pedestrian was transported to Sunrise Hospital, where he died from his injuries despite medical efforts.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Collision Investigation Section is leading the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
