61-Year-Old Man Critically Injured After Crashing Homemade Go-Cart Into Parked SUV

LAS VEGAS – According to Metro, a 61-year-old man is in severe condition after slamming his “homemade go-cart” into a parked SUV.
The incident happened around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday, between Spencer Street and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, at the T-intersection of Silver Chimes Court and Silver Whisper Avenue.
Surveillance video and witness evidence revealed that the man was driving a homemade go-cart and either failed to stop or negotiate a turn, causing him to collide with an empty, parked SUV.
With life-threatening injuries, the man was brought to Sunrise Hospital Trauma Center.
