A Fatal Crash Claims One Life in the North Valleys

North Valleys police, fire, and REMSA were all dispatched to the intersection of Military Road and Finnesch Drive at approximately 7:19 a.m.

One car traveling north on Military Road was swerving all over the road. The pickup veered off the road and slammed into the drainage ditch on the western side.

The driver, sadly, was the only occupant of the car, and he did not survive the collision.

He’s 35 years old and lives in Reno. His identity is being withheld until his nearest of kin has been notified.

While police were at the site, Military Road remained closed until 1 p.m.
