A Skateboarder Was Hit by a Car at Charleston, and Durango Drives
LAS VEGAS – In the west valley, police looked into a crash that involved a teen on a skateboard.
It happened Friday night around 9 p.m. near Charleston Avenue and Durango Drive.
Police said the kid was on a skateboard and crossing the street when he was hit by a single car.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. Police also said that the injuries do not pose a danger to life.
Police say that the roads in the area were open again just after 11 p.m.
