CCSD Opens Registration for 2026-2027 School Year

CLARK COUNTY, NV — The Clark County School District (CCSD) has officially launched its online registration portal for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, urging families to enroll early to ensure proper placement.

Enrollment Requirements

As of yesterday, Monday, April 20, both new and returning students are required to register. Under Nevada law, children must be placed in age-appropriate grades based on their age as of August 1, 2026.

Kindergarten: Students must be 5 years old on or before the August 1 cutoff.
Documentation: Parents will need a valid ID, the child’s birth certificate or passport, updated immunization records, and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill).

Key Dates

The new school year is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 10, 2026. Families can complete the process through the Infinite Campus parent portal. For those seeking school choice, the late application window for Magnet and Open Enrollment programs remains open until August 21, 2026.
