LAS VEGAS – Councilwoman Victoria Seaman has confirmed on Twitter that the dogs owned by the man who died in a car crash on the U.S. 95 will be returned to his family.
David Kingsley was involved in the accident along with an off-duty Las Vegas police officer on April 12, and his dogs were relocated to The Animal Foundation after the incident.
Kingsley’s grandson has been in a dispute with Las Vegas Animal Protection Services and The Animal Foundation over the return of the dogs.
However, the latest statement from the protection services indicated that they are working with the family to ensure a smooth reunion with the animals.
