Las Vegas Metro Police Investigate Early Afternoon Shooting At Business On Tropical Parkway

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a shooting Thursday afternoon at a business in the northwest valley.
According to police, the incident occurred at about 1:29 p.m. at a business in the 8000 block of W. Tropical Parkway.
Police said one person was shot and transported to a local hospital.
According to LVMPD, one person has been detained in connection with the incident.
No additional information was provided.
