Las Vegas’ Sphere Unveils Cutting-Edge Humanoid Robot ‘Aura’

LAS VEGAS – Sphere, Las Vegas’ groundbreaking entertainment venue, is once again at the forefront of technological innovation with its latest addition, “Aura” – heralded as “the world’s most advanced humanoid robot.” Developed using state-of-the-art robotic mechanics and artificial intelligence, Aura represents a significant leap in humanoid robotics, offering lifelike expressions and interactions.
As Sphere’s CEO, David Dibble, from MSG Ventures, a division of Sphere Entertainment, stated, “Our vision with every aspect of Sphere is to transform the way people experience live events, and with Aura, we are pushing the boundaries of how robotics can be used to enhance our guests’ journey through the venue.”
Visitors to Sphere can expect to encounter five Aura robots welcoming them before events, starting with the upcoming “Postcard from Earth” experience debuting in early October. Aura will also serve as Sphere’s digital and social “spokesbot.”
