The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) has made an important announcement, revealing the arrest of a masseuse on charges of sexual assault. In a bid to uncover any potential additional victims, the department is urging individuals with relevant information to step forward.
On February 4, LVMPD Sexual Assault detectives apprehended 38-year-old Luis Gonzalez at his place of business located on the 4100 block of S. Decatur Blvd. The arrest stems from an incident in which Gonzalez, operating as a masseuse, allegedly sexually assaulted an adult female client.
Gonzalez has since been booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of one count of sexual assault and three counts of open/gross lewdness. Authorities have reason to believe that there may be further victims involved in similar incidents.
The LVMPD is earnestly reaching out to anyone who may have been a victim of Gonzalez or possesses relevant information about these crimes. Individuals are strongly encouraged to contact the Sexual Assault Detail at 702-828-3421. For those who wish to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers offers an avenue for information sharing. They can be reached via phone at 702-385-5555 or through their website at www.crimestoppersofnv.com.
The LVMPD emphasizes the importance of victim cooperation in helping ensure justice is served. By coming forward and sharing information, individuals can contribute to safeguarding the community and potentially preventing further incidents.
