Man Arrested in Connection With Fatal Gas Station Shooting

Las Vegas, NV – A 42-year-old man, Emanuel Hodges, has been arrested and jailed on a murder charge in connection with a fatal shooting outside a gas station. The incident, which occurred in broad daylight, involved a shootout between three men.
The Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday at the Circle K convenience store and gas station located at East Fremont Street and St. Louis Avenue. During the altercation, a man in his 20s tragically lost his life, while the shooter sustained injuries and was hospitalized. The third individual involved in the incident did not sustain any injuries.
The Clark County coroner’s office is expected to release the identity of the victim in the coming days as the investigation into this tragic incident continues.
