Tuesday Morning, a Man Was Shot and Killed Near Sunrise Mountain High School

A man was fatally shot Tuesday morning near Sunrise Mountain High School.

The individual got involved in a confrontation with another man in a parking lot near the 2600 block of North Los Feliz Street at approximately 1:00 a.m., according to a Metropolitan Police Department statement.

Before the police came, the alleged gunman fled, and the victim died at University Medical Center.
