A fire early Wednesday morning displaced seven adults and three children from their multi-family residence in east Las Vegas, officials said. The Clark County Fire Department responded to calls around 7:33 a.m. on the 4300 block of Cy Cliffview Circle and found a blaze in the building’s rear and attic area.
Firefighters called a second alarm for extra resources before extinguishing the fire by 7:46 a.m. All residents were evacuated safely and no injuries were reported. The displaced ten people received assistance from the American Red Cross.
Preliminary estimates place the property loss between $100,000 and $250,000. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
