A Nevada-wide undercover operation has netted six arrests in the Las Vegas Valley as part of a crackdown on online child-sex predators. Authorities identified the suspects as 34-year-old Stevie Bennard Kelly II; 35-year-old Justin James Matamoros; 31-year-old Brandon Michael Jarecki Ayers; 38-year-old Yussell Onofre Gallardo; 51-year-old Jeffrey Kelly; and 27-year-old Brandon Scott Fletcher. All are jailed at the North Las Vegas Detention Center on felony charges of “luring a child with a computer for a sex act.”
The arrests resulted from a coordinated effort involving the Nevada Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), the FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force, local police departments, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the Nevada Attorney General’s office. Officials said the operation aimed to root out predators hiding behind digital covers and hold them accountable.
These cases highlight the importance of personal responsibility—for parents, communities, and law-abiding citizens—to stay vigilant against exploitation. A robust, limited-government law enforcement response remains essential to protecting children and preserving public safety.
