Nevada State Police Investigate Deadly Crash Involving Wild Burro

On Friday night, a collision between a motorcycle and a wild animal resulted in a fatality northwest of Las Vegas. According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a division of the Nevada State Police, the incident took place at approximately 10:44 p.m. on the southbound lanes of US 95, specifically near the Snow Mountain area. Authorities reported that the motorcycle struck a wild burro on the roadway. Emergency responders confirmed that the operator of the motorcycle, identified as an adult male, died from injuries sustained at the scene. The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing as officials manage the scene in the rural stretch of the highway.
