Pedestrian Killed in Late-Night Crash in Central Las Vegas Valley

A man was killed late Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle in the central Las Vegas Valley, according to local authorities.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to the crash shortly before midnight in the area reported as central Las Vegas. Officers found the male pedestrian suffering from critical injuries after being hit by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not yet released the victim’s identity, pending notification of next of kin. Details about the driver involved, including whether impairment or speed were factors, have not been publicly disclosed.
The collision remains under investigation by Metro’s Collision Investigation Section. No additional information was immediately available.
