LAS VEGAS – Frankenson’s Pizzeria in Las Vegas moved from absolutely no customers to completely sold out in an instant.
It happened after popular TikToker and culinary critic Keith Lee tweeted a video about the restaurant and the delectable cuisine they serve inside.
Frank Steele, the restaurant’s owner, says business has been slow for the past four months.
“It’s been difficult. “I was lucky if I made $400 a day,” Steele explained.
Steele considers Monday night’s events to be miraculous.
“I had this guy come in who I didn’t know who he was, and I started talking to him because I like talking to all of my customers. “I asked him where he was from and what he did for a living, and he claimed he was a food critic,” Steele explained.
Steele claimed he didn’t think much of it at first, but business picked up a few hours later.
“Our phone didn’t stop ringing. In the last two days, I’ve sold more lemon pepper wings than I have in the previous four months. “Last night and the day before, I made more garlic knots than I’ve ever made,” Steele remarked.
Lee’s TikTok review drew attention from individuals all across the world.
“I have folks coming in from Iowa, California, and Lake Havasu. “I had folks come down from Utah just to see this film,” Steele explained.
The video had been viewed over 22 million times and had over 4 million likes as of Friday evening.
Frank says it’s all still sinking in.
“It’s simply been too much. It’s been a boon. “I’ve wanted to open a restaurant for 30 years,” Steele explained.
In addition to thanking Keith and all of his clients, Steele wishes to apologize to those he has been unable to service.
“The feedback has been incredible. I’m working on getting supplies and food. I’m bringing everyone in to assist. I can only say thank you. “This has changed my life,” Steele remarked.
