
Police Investigate Possible Hit-And-Run After 77-Year-Old Man Found Dead

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is looking into a probable hit-and-run collision that occurred Friday morning and killed one person.
LVMPD reports that between 6:50 a.m. At 9:14 a.m., a suspected car-versus-pedestrian incident occurred on Brent Thurman Way north of West Hacienda Avenue.
According to police, a 77-year-old man was discovered on the side of the road with significant injuries. The individual was confirmed dead once emergency services arrived. Once the man’s next of kin is informed, the Clark County Coroner’s Office will identify him.
“There are suspicious circumstances surrounding this death,” LVMPD said in a traffic report. The incident is still under investigation.
