Portion of I-15 Will Be Closed for Several Days to Replace Barrier Rail

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has announced that an HOV lane on the I-15 would be closed for several days beginning next week.
NDOT employees will be fixing a broken barrier rail on I-15 at Spring Mountain Road, causing the HOV lane to be closed for several days.
The shutdown is scheduled to begin on Monday, November 14 at 4 a.m. till 5 p.m. on Friday, November 18
Spring Mountain Road’s northbound and southbound shoulders will also be closed at that period.
Crews will start working at 4 a.m. NDOT says restrictions cannot be lifted until work is done.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution when passing through work zones and to take alternate routes if possible.
NDOT will continue to update traffic and project information on their website.
