Stewart, Nellis Shooting Injures Two Persons

LAS VEGAS- Police are investigating a gunshot in the east Las Vegas valley that injured two individuals on Friday morning.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, the incident occurred about 3:37 a.m. in the area of Stewart Avenue and Oakford Street, just west of Nellis Boulevard.
Officers suspect two persons were shot. Their injuries are not expected to be fatal.
According to police, detectives are conducting an investigation. Some streets are closed in the vicinity.
