LAS VEGAS, NV — The commercial footprint of the Las Vegas Strip officially expanded on Friday afternoon as the World Series of Poker (WSOP) hosted a star-studded grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony to debut its first permanent flagship retail store.
The massive venue opens amidst the peak of the 57th annual summer tournament wave, which continues to pack casino floors with thousands of international players and elite gaming enthusiasts.
The Largest Retail Footprint in WSOP History
Spanning an impressive 2,320 square feet directly inside Horseshoe Las Vegas, the brand-new facility establishes the largest retail space entirely dedicated to the poker brand in series history. The architectural design splits the venue into two distinct experiential concepts. One side reflects early WSOP history with rustic wood finishes and saloon-style design elements, while the opposite side highlights modern poker via an “On Felt” contemporary concept.
The grand opening drew massive crowds along the resort corridor as legendary Las Vegas gaming icon Jack Binion participated in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside WSOP executives and global broadcast talent. The space is anchored by a high-capacity cascading poker chip chandelier and an immersive LED wall showcasing historic tournament highlights.
A Year-Round Poker Lifestyle Destination
The permanent flagship store features more than 100 exclusive product lines ranging from high-end poker lifestyle apparel and collectibles to official tournament wearables. Furthermore, the visual centerpiece of the layout showcases an authentic WSOP gold bracelet encased in a high-security display, alongside a Golden Horseshoe-inspired cash wrap built as a structural reference to Benny Binion’s famous Million Dollar Display.
“This space allows visitors to engage with the deep history of the World Series of Poker even when the main summer tournaments aren’t running,” noted a senior Caesar’s Entertainment executive. The expansion marks a major capital investment designed to permanently capture the global tourism demand for professional poker merchandise on the Las Vegas Strip.
