NEVADA – The Sparks Police Department has apprehended Jack Harrison, who was recently listed as one of the most wanted individuals by the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB). Harrison was taken into custody without any issues and is now held at the Washoe County Detention Facility due to active warrants.
NSCB Executive Officer Margi Grein expressed appreciation for the Sparks Police Department’s efforts in locating and arresting Mr. Harrison. Harrison had allegedly been operating under a licensed company not authorized for asphalt paving and sealing, thereby misleading and causing harm to families in northern Nevada. Grein emphasized the importance of verifying a contractor’s license details before undertaking a project, as it ensures the possibility of proper recourse for up to four years following project completion.
The NSCB has identified Harrison as a repeat offender in Nevada since 2021. He is alleged to have used subpar products, performed low-quality work, and failed to honor the five-year warranties he often provides. Harrison has been associated with J&H Construction & Maintenance LLC and Modern Construction LLC.
