An abandoned house in Fernley was allegedly set on fire by a lady this past spring.
Last month, Genevieve Donnelly was arrested on the felony accusation and taken to the Washoe County jail.
According to the authorities, the inquiry got underway on April 24 as a result of a North Lyon Fire Protection District report.
They claim that on August 24th, following a number of leads, Nevada State Fire Marshal Investigators and Nevada State Police located and detained Donnelly.
