Bicyclist Killed; Driver At-Large After Hit-And-Run Crash In Reno

NEVADA – After a hit-and-run crash in Reno early Thursday morning, a bicyclist was killed and the motorist fled.
Police responded to the Aircenter Circle area shortly after 3 a.m. on February 23rd in response to a report of a hit-and-run crash.
A body was discovered in the road by police, along with a wrecked bicycle. Police stated that there was no car on the site and that they do not currently have a description of the suspect’s vehicle.
Peckham Lane was closed from Airway Drive to Longley Lane for several hours while officials investigated the crash. The road has since been reopened.
