Highway Closed Following 19-Vehicle Incident Near Galena Bridge No Casualties

RENO, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe) – Following a multiple car collision on Tuesday evening, northbound I-580 is closed between the Bowers area at Exit 16 in Washoe Valley and Mt. Rose Highway in south Reno.
Although 19 automobiles were involved in the collision, no injuries were recorded, according to Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue.
Currently, traffic is being detoured onto US-395 Alternate.
