Police in California just recently named Arreola the suspect in the death of 41-year-old Dominique Bustamante.

After four hours of negotiations, police were able to convince Arreola to come out of the room and surrender peacefully.

The 35-year-old was booked into the Washoe County jail on criminal contempt and a fugitive wanted from another state charges.
