
Two Killed In Nevada County Plane Crash Identified

NEVADA – The two victims of Sunday’s small plane tragedy in Nevada County have been identified.
Loren Willman, 63, of Nevada City, and Nicole Shandrew, 55, of Grass Valley, were both killed in the crash, which occurred around 1:30 p.m. west of Colfax, according to the sheriff’s office.
The plane went down near the 20,000 block of Dog Bar Road, and its destination is a mystery.
The incident is currently being looked into by the National Transportation Safety Board.
According to the NTSB, Loren’s Aircam was developed in 2022.
