Two Men Are in Jail for the Murder of a 19-Year-Old
NEVADA – Two men are in jail after a 19-year-old was shot to death in downtown Reno.
Samuel Garcia-Kleider, 21, and Kenneth Rhinehart Jr., 25, are accused of murder.
Suspects said they killed Manning for revenge. Reno Police Sgt. Laura Conklin said Manning was a suspect in a Sparks murder on August 26, 2022.
After midnight on October 9, police found Manning shot numerous times along Museum Drive and the river path.
