The arrest marks the immediate initiation of an internal affairs inquiry by command staff into the conduct of the active patrol official.

The CCDC Booking and Felony Charges

LVMPD Internal Affairs units confirmed that Officer Jeremiah Jordan was arrested on Friday, June 19, 2026, and formally booked into the Clark County Detention Center (CCDC).

According to official jail logs and unsealed booking documents, Jordan faces five total criminal counts, including:

  • One felony count of Assault Domestic Violence with the use of a Deadly Weapon.

  • Three counts of Coercion Domestic Violence with the Threat or use of Physical Force.

  • One count of Domestic Battery.

Suspension Without Pay Initiated

Jordan, 31, has been employed with the metropolitan department since 2023. At the time of his arrest, he was actively assigned to the Community Safety Division within the Enterprise Area Command, which covers the growing southwest portions of the Las Vegas valley corridor.

Following the processing of the criminal charges, command staff immediately placed Jordan on an absolute suspension of police powers without pay pending the long-term outcome of the concurrent criminal and internal investigations. The department has withheld the specific details of the underlying physical altercation to protect the privacy of the victim. Jordan remains held in custody pending his initial court appearance at the Regional Justice Center.
