NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV — Boxabl Inc., the high-profile North Las Vegas-based modular housing technology startup, has officially made its public market debut, trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol BXBL.
The transition marks a pivotal milestone for one of Southern Nevada’s most closely watched manufacturing ventures as it seeks to scale automated construction solutions nationwide.
The Journey to the Public Markets
According to company filings unsealed Monday morning, Boxabl completed its previously announced business combination with FG Merger II Corp.. Prior to its public listing, the company raised more than $230 million from over 50,000 retail and institutional investors to fund its initial factory buildouts in North Las Vegas.
The company’s flagship product, the “Casita,” is a 361-square-foot foldable studio unit equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, and utilities that can be unfolded on-site in under an hour.

Scaling Production Amid National Housing Demands
While Boxabl has operated in the red during its rapid expansion and research phase, management points to its automated “Factory 1” production facility in North Las Vegas as the blueprint for industrialized construction.
The company is actively developing additional stackable models, including the smaller “Baby Box” and connectable units designed for townhomes and multi-family developments.
With national housing affordability, labor shortages, and rising construction costs driving commercial interest in prefabricated building solutions, Boxabl executives plan to leverage public capital markets to expand manufacturing capacity and accelerate order fulfillment.
