Police Identify a Woman Found Dead in the North Reno Hills and Seek the Public for Assistance

RENO, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe)- The woman discovered dead in the hills above a north Reno suburb earlier this week has been identified by police.
Carol Herrera, 48, was discovered dead in the dark hours of Oct. 31 in a dirt area east of Lower Evans Canyon by a hiker.
Detectives are requesting that anybody with knowledge about Herrera’s disappearance contact them. Her cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
