LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Due to reports of increasing weather, lowering temperatures, and possibly hazardous traffic conditions, all State executive branch offices have closed early.
On Tuesday, the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) and the Nevada State Police reported increasing weather conditions.
Because of these circumstances, all State executive branch offices were closed at 3:30 p.m. Carson City, Washoe County, Storey County, Lyon County, and Douglas County are all included.
This directive exempts vital public safety and prison workers. It also does not apply to workers whose job tasks include election administration, security, or support.
