Las Vegas Metro Investigating Fatal Broadbent Boulevard Pedestrian Collision

LAS VEGAS – A deadly car crash in the east valley is being investigated by Las Vegas Metro police.
According to Metro, a female pedestrian was struck at Clark County Wetlands Park on Boulder Highway north of Broadbent Boulevard shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
According to evidence at the scene, a 2008 Toyota 4Runner was traveling northbound on Boulder Highway, north of Broadbent Boulevard.
The pedestrian was crossing Boulder Highway without using a crosswalk.
When the pedestrian crossed the path of the Toyota, he was hit.
At the scene, the pedestrian was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Toyota remained at the site and showed no symptoms of impairment.
The pedestrian’s death is the 152nd traffic-related fatality in the jurisdiction of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 2022.
There has been no further information revealed.
