City of Sparks Implements New Laws Addressing Homeless Population

Sparks, Nevada – The City of Sparks has taken significant steps to address challenges related to homelessness through the passage of new laws during a recent Sparks City Council meeting. These measures, unanimously approved, aim to strike a balance between compassion and public safety concerns.

6. Enhanced Camping Exclusion: Camping within 1000 feet off the Truckee River Corridor will be prohibited.
