Early Morning Fire Engulfs North Las Vegas Home, Prompting Swift Response from Multiple Units

LAS VEGAS – A residential area in North Las Vegas was engulfed in flames during the early hours of Monday, resulting in a rapid response from multiple units. The incident occurred on the 1200 block of Malibua Sands Ave. at around 6:35 a.m., when a heavy fire broke out on the second story of a residence. According to a spokesperson from the City of North Las Vegas, two occupants were forced to jump from a second-floor window to escape the blaze and sustained minor injuries.
The severity of the situation prompted the dispatch of half a dozen fire engines and several other rescue units to the scene. Firefighters worked diligently to combat the flames and bring the situation under control. The area remained closed for nearly three hours as emergency personnel conducted their operations.
As investigations into the cause of the fire continue, residents in the vicinity are urged to exercise caution and follow any safety guidelines provided by local authorities.
