Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Hurt in Early Morning Single-Vehicle Accident

A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer is recovering after being involved in a single-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred at approximately 2 a.m. near the intersection of Frank Sinatra Drive and Reno Avenue, just west of the Luxor and Excalibur resorts. The officer was transported to a local hospital with injuries and is currently in stable condition, according to police. Motorists in the area may experience delays due to the crash. Authorities have indicated that further details will be released as the investigation continues.
