MAGA MONEY HITS NEVADA: Trump-Aligned Super PAC Jumps Into Susie Lee’s NV-03 Race

President Donald Trump’s political operation is putting money behind the Republican effort to unseat Rep. Susie Lee, with a MAGA Inc.-backed super PAC now entering Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District.

Safety and Affordability PAC has reserved roughly $27 million in advertising across 15 competitive House races, according to reporting from The New York Times based on AdImpact data. Nevada’s 3rd District, where Republican Marty O’Donnell is challenging Lee, is among the races targeted by the group. 

The spending is part of a much larger late-cycle intervention from Trump’s political network. Trump-aligned groups have reserved nearly $138 million in advertising and other spending across roughly 50 congressional contests in a matter of days, opening a massive war chest as the fight for control of Congress enters its final weeks. 

Safety and Affordability PAC is financially backed by MAGA Inc., according to people familiar with the arrangement cited by the Times and Associated Press. Another affiliated group, No Going Back PAC, has reserved more than $95 million in advertising, while MAGA Inc. itself has booked additional spending. The two newly created groups were registered with the Federal Election Commission on the same day and list the same treasurer as MAGA Inc. 

The Nevada investment puts additional national money behind O’Donnell, the Halo and Destiny composer who won the Republican nomination and has Trump’s endorsement. The Nevada Independent describes NV-03 as the state’s most competitive congressional district, with Lee seeking another term after first winning the seat in 2018. 

O’Donnell is not entering the final stretch empty-handed. His campaign reported more than $4 million in receipts through June 30 and approximately $2.4 million cash on hand, according to Federal Election Commission records. Lee reported about $4.4 million in receipts and $3.69 million in cash on hand over the same period. 

The outside spending now adds another layer to a race already receiving national attention. O’Donnell appeared at the Republican Midterm Convention in Dallas last week, where Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Republican congressional leaders highlighted candidates in competitive races.

With Trump’s political network now reserving airtime in NV-03, the Lee-O’Donnell contest has become one of the House races drawing direct financial involvement from the president’s allied super PAC operation.
