A Gunshot in the East Valley Left a Man Hurt, Suspect Is in Custody

Metro police are investigating a shooting that left someone injured close to Flamingo and Pecos roads.
According to the police, the shooting was reported at about 10:45 a.m. Before a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound was discovered by police. He was brought to a local hospital for medical attention.
After the shooting, police brought a suspect into custody without any problems.
Police suggest that everyone avoid the area while they do their investigation.
