A Woman Was Found Dead in Her Residence Near MLK Blvd. And Washington Ave. A Baby Was Also Found Alive in the Residence, Authorities Said

LAS VEGAS – Around 6:44 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Reed Place. Police said the victim’s parents contacted 911 and stated their daughter was stabbed and killed at home.
When authorities arrived, they found a 20-year-old woman with stab wounds. Medical workers pronounced her deceased at the spot, police said.
The victim’s relatives left her and her daughter at home before the stabbing, police said. The family returned to find the victim’s body.
Police said the toddler is safe and with family.
