
Las Vegas Woman Accused of Drinking Five Shots before a Fatal Collision Will Appear in Court on Tuesday

A Las Vegas woman accused of drinking at least five shots of tequila before a fatal car accident is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
According to police, Lisa Geurino, 38, is accused of speeding in a Jeep when she ran a stop sign on June 1 at the intersection of Centennial Parkway and Shaumber Avenue.
According to the arrest report, Geurino’s car collided with a Volkswagen ID.4 carrying the Palmatier family.
The victim was 37-year-old Stephen Wayne Palmatier Jr. His driving wife and their two children were taken to the hospital. A three-year-old boy was critically injured as a result of the accident.
Geurino is charged with DUI causing death, DUI causing serious bodily harm, two counts of reckless driving causing serious bodily harm, and leaving the scene of a crash.
