Nevada Public Colleges and Universities Celebrate 14,500 Spring Graduates

LAS VEGAS, NV — The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) has released its official spring institutional metrics, revealing a massive class of students successfully crossing completion thresholds across the state.
The Graduation Cohort
Approximately 14,500 students have officially graduated from Nevada’s public higher education network this spring, earning a diverse matrix of doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees, along with technical career certificates.
The Institutional Impact
System leaders confirmed commencement ceremonies successfully concluded across all primary state campuses, including high-volume tracking metrics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Nevada State University, and the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR).
The Economic Pipeline
NSHE Chancellor Matt McNair noted that the Class of 2026 features a highly diverse demographic blend of working adults, lifelong learners, and first-generation students entering critical state labor pipelines, including healthcare, education, engineering, and skilled trades.
